Altus Group, a leading real estate advisor, has been appointed by Aviva Investors as overarching agent on four established South London industrial estates totalling approx. 1,000,000 square feet.
The four estates covered by the appointment are Barwell Business Park and Gateway 3 at Davis Road Industrial Estate, both in Chessington, plus Nelson Trade Park and Merton Industrial Park, both in Merton. The mix of warehouse, distribution, industrial and trade counter space is well located for large areas of South and South West London via the A3 and M25. A total of 95 units across the four parks meet a range of requirements within a sought-after geographical market.
With one of the largest industrial property portfolios in the UK, including rapidly growing holdings in West and South West London, Aviva Investors is seeking to raise the profile of its brand as a landlord of choice in the industrial sector and offer flexibility to its occupiers through its range of holdings.
The Altus Group team of Robert Bradley-Smith, John Pocock and Nathalie George will be working jointly with local advisors from Bridger Bell on the Chessington estates and from Centro on the Merton estates.
