A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Ben is a Regional Vice President at Altus Group and leads the Regional Team in the South East, after joining the business in 2005.
Ben has over 12 years’ experience in the field of business rates, with extensive experience regarding industrial, office and retail properties. Ben has taken a lead role in agreeing and establishing appropriate levels of value for rating purposes for office and industrial properties over multiple Rating Lists.
Ben is Client Manager for several national organisations and has delivered many millions of pounds of savings in rates liability for Altus Group clients.
